  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and then dredge it in the Parmesan mixture, pressing the mixture onto the chicken to adhere.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
